Learnify Link & Receiver Personal Data Collection Statement

This Statement applies to Learnify Link & Receiver products and services developed and operated by SYNLAN TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. (collectively, the “Company” or “we”). We understand the importance of personal data and are committed to protecting user privacy. This Statement helps you understand the purposes for which personal data is collected, whether the provision of such data is mandatory or voluntary, the categories of persons to whom such data may be transferred or disclosed, whether direct marketing is involved, your rights to access and correct data, and our contact details. I. Purposes of Collection of Personal Data

1. Account generation / login. Types of data: name, school and teaching class information, account name and password; if you choose "Continue with Google," your Google account ID, profile picture and email address. Purpose: to generate and assign teacher accounts, establish the real organizational relationship of users, verify teacher identity and provide complete Product services.

2. Teaching tools. Types of data: live mobile screen content, locally stored photos, screen data from compatible smart hardware. Purpose: to support mobile-screen casting, photo upload, screen synchronization and other teaching-tool functions.

3. File transfer. Types of data: connection/session information, file names, file types, file sizes, sender/recipient identifiers, transfer status and, where required for the function, file content or temporary cached file data. Purpose: to complete file transmission, synchronization, troubleshooting, service quality assurance and security protection.

4. Security, stable operation and troubleshooting. Types of data: IP address, hardware model, software version number, unique device identifiers, MAC address, SN, OAID, running processes, network information and logs. Purpose: to perform version verification, installation conflict detection, troubleshooting and localization, and to protect account security and usage security.

5. Statistics and product optimization. Types of data: software version number, network information, application crash data, click records and operation logs. Purpose: to count usage of the Product and services, troubleshoot operation problems, ensure service stability and network security, and improve the interaction experience through analysis and optimization.

6. Overseas version note. The overseas version does not provide NFC functionality. We do not collect NFC tag data for this version.

Please note: the personal data listed above are necessary to provide the corresponding functional services unless otherwise expressly indicated. If you refuse to provide such data, the relevant function may be affected or unavailable. Depending on the function scenario you use, we may request the relevant permissions based on your explicit authorization and, after obtaining such permissions, collect the personal data required by the function. If you do not need the relevant function, you may refuse authorization.

II. Storage and Retention of Personal Data

We will primarily store the collected data on servers owned or controlled by the Company in Singapore. Where necessary, relevant data may also be transmitted to and accessed in mainland China for affiliated account services, technical support or other legitimate purposes described in the Privacy Policy. We will retain your personal data for the shortest period necessary to achieve the collection purposes while your account remains active, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. After you request deletion of your personal data or account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data as soon as practicable in accordance with Applicable Laws.

III. Transfer of Personal Data

Some of our services are provided by third-party service providers entrusted by us. Such providers may process your personal data for the purpose of completing the entrusted processing. We will transfer your personal data only for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific and explicit purposes. In addition, certain functions of this Product are provided by third-party institutions in the form of SDK plugins or similar technical integrations, and such providers may need to obtain corresponding permissions and information in order to provide relevant functions or services. IV. Security of Personal Data

We attach great importance to user privacy and personal data protection, and adopt industry-standard security measures, including reasonable management rules and security technologies, to prevent unauthorized access, use or modification of your personal data and to avoid damage to or loss of data. For details, please refer to the section “How We Protect Your Personal Data” in the Privacy Policy.

V. Access and Correction of Personal Data

You have the right to request access to and correction of the personal data we hold about you. You may exercise these rights by following the methods described in the Privacy Policy, by using the relevant in-app settings or feedback / complaint channels, or by contacting us using the contact methods set out below.
